2. Our activities and suppliers
We provide website, hosting-related, content, SEO, automation, security-support and digital consultancy services. Relevant suppliers may include hosting and infrastructure providers, domain registrars, software and AI services, email and communications providers, freelancers and professional advisers.
3. Proportionate due diligence
We take a risk-based approach appropriate to a small digital agency. Relevant considerations may include a provider’s security and privacy information, processing location, contractual protections, accessibility, environmental approach, use of subcontractors, credible complaints and the sensitivity of the intended work.
4. Human rights and labour standards
We do not tolerate forced, bonded or trafficked labour, exploitative child labour, unlawful discrimination or unsafe working conditions. Suppliers and collaborators are expected to comply with applicable labour and human-rights law and to address credible concerns.
5. Responsible technology
- collect and retain only personal data reasonably needed for the task;
- use access controls, updates and proportionate security measures;
- avoid deceptive interfaces and undisclosed manipulation;
- consider accessibility and exclusion risks;
- apply human review to consequential AI-assisted work; and
- raise material legal, safety or ethical limits rather than presenting technical work as formal assurance.
6. Environmental care
We favour maintainable websites, efficient hosting choices, sensible media sizes and longer-lived digital systems where practical. Environmental claims will be proportionate and not presented as independently verified unless they are.
7. Concerns and action
A credible concern may lead to clarification, additional safeguards, an improvement request, restricted use, a change of provider or termination of a relationship. Where immediate termination could worsen harm, responsible remediation may be considered with appropriate advice.
8. Status and review
This is a voluntary statement of approach. It is not presented as a statutory modern-slavery, sustainability or corporate due-diligence report, nor as certification against a particular standard. We will review it as the business, suppliers and applicable obligations develop.
